This is Us
Gunnar Holt, Owner
Gunnar has been in construction for over 30 years. Started out in roofing and restoration and still owner of Legend Exteriors LLC, he's learned how to build a house from the foundation up. Two years ago he turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients.
Julie Holt, Interior Designer
Julie is the interior design for Legend Custom Homes. She has an excellent eye for detail and a natural talent for design. From the tile to the light fixtures she only uses top of the line products and materials. With a bit of background in design as well, not only is she able to talk you through the bottom line, she's happy to lend you her 'eye' as well!
